Chicken and Camping!

Okay so Mana surprised me today and had a day off!...I was so excited, as I rarely ever get to see my hardworking hubby. He's works at Costco Pharmacy in the Daytime and then at the airport as a TSA agent at night, pretty much every day of the week except for half of Sunday's! We agreed that since our kiddo's are still little, that I would take over at home...We both work really hard in our jobs and absolutely love it when we have some time to spend together!!! He pulled up and I was so excited! Last minute we decided to camp in our front yard with our kiddo's and make their favorite dinner "Ritz cracker chicken pot pie"..it's the easiest thing, it's tastes so good and my kids go bananas over it!! I think they asked me a million times in the course of me making dinner "MOm, are you making THE CHICKEN casserole" I answered yes to 4 of them and told the twins to hold on as they continuously pointed at the frying pan! We grubbed like piggy's and then turned on MAN vs. WILD on the discovery channel. It's our families favorite show and who wouldn't love the host!... The kids went down by 8 p.m like normal and Mana and I had some alone time (oooooo la la) to watch "Hancock" with Will Smith...totally loved it!It's always fun to do last minute ideas with your family and my husband is the best. It was an awesome surprise...that's why I'm madly in love with my family "This Much"...
