Gone with the OLD, in with the new!

We are almost finished moving and I can hardly wait until it's over!...My brother Owen and I combined our things and had a Garage Sale today! It went pretty well/we had Vultures at our door around 6:30 a.m...I hadn't even brushed my teeth yet, but since I put our signs OUT the night before...serves me right not to have been prepared for the "Crack of Dawn" shoppers!

I made about an easy $500 and Owen about an easy $200!! It was so fun!! Most folks who came were looking for trinkets for their grandchildren. It was pretty cool, as one lady shared that she was going to make a purse out of a pair of my daughters Jeans!

It was so very HOT, today I know we must've all got a decent TAN!.. We closed shop around mid afternoon, and we'll resume the sale again tomorrow! It's times like these that really make you realize your TRUE connection with your spouse! Mana, honey I love you! Even though we have our differences in how we run things, we always make the best of each situation! He got the kids rooms all situated in our new house, and everything else in their places too, so all we have left is all of the MAJOR cleaning in the old place! So happy to be moving forward, I love our new HOUSE!

Thank you to my sisters for helping with whatever they could, be it picking up kids, bringing over lunch, helping move things...ETC...every bit of your help is always appreciated! My sister Jill is our Primary Song Leader, so she took our older 4 to their practice today for their singing presentation for our sacrament meeting tomorrow!

It was such a huge relief when the sun set and cooled everything down some!...We were all so grose by the end of the day! Mana left to his night job and I got our kids bathed and settled in for the night! I'm totally Wiped Out and ready to hit the hay!
