So Kahuku came to play our highchool here in Kona........ "Kealakehe"...and totally ripped our school to shreds...literally with a score of 30-Zippo...yup, we ended up leaving early around the 3rd Qtr...it was ridiculous seeing that kind of devastation. But you know our whole family went to support Kahuku in all red and white...Mana even got off early to see it too. It was great seeing old faces from school, but it reminded me just how long I've actually been out of school....
Aryn started preschool about a month ago and I've yet to get some pictures of her in her classroom. But she loves it...Monday-Friday 7:15-2:00...When it's time to pick her up, she's napping on her comfy little cot in her sweet little classroom. The program is fantastic, and it makes me grateful to be Hawaiian and to be able to be apart of this wonderful program provided for those of Hawaiian Ancestry...
Mana's normal days off are Tuesday's...because he usually is working 24-7 to support our huge family and our huge living expenses~~~~...so the kids and I thought it would be great to make dinner with daddy on Tuesday...I must say Spaghetti, salad and bread never tasted so good, then with the help with my little monkey's hands all in the mix....it was great!...so great...
NO school this past Friday because of teachers conference so I decided since Mana was at work like the usual, then we couldn't possibly stay in the house all day...so I packed up an Ono (good) lunch, brought my nephew Elias with me and headed south for Napopo Beach...it was awesome....The had the warmest tide pools that were filled with tons of Hermit Crabs, little fishes, crabs...the twins loved it and so did I. It was the first time I had ever been there. Very clean, nice and open, I would love to go back and camp there. I brought along "LING HING MUI" (lee..hee..Moo..EE) oranges...***SWEET AND SALTY POWDER that you buy from the store that tastes great when sprinkled over citrus fruits...it's great cold******
I brought tons of "Germ-X" for all the little hands that aren't always so good at remembering to wash them...It was great...welp, I better get back to helping the kiddo's with their cleaning projects.......Enjoy the slide all the pix..pertain to this article...Enjoy...
